This project focused on non-structural interior upgrades across the second and third floors of an existing office building. The work included converting lounge areas into open office spaces, repurposing a software lab as a conference room, and redesigning conference rooms to serve as private offices. Additional features, such as hanging room dividers and television screens, were incorporated into the open office layouts. The mechanical and electrical systems were updated to accommodate these modifications. The exterior envelope of the building remained unchanged, ensuring compliance with structural and architectural integrity.
